Supermall is the piece of noon that sellers notice in their inventory dashboard before they notice it anywhere else: stock appearing in a warehouse code like DXBMS01 that nobody sent it to. That is Supermall doing its job. It is noon's rapid-delivery model, promising 45 to 90 minute delivery across the UAE and KSA, and it works by quietly moving eligible stock out of your main FBN warehouse into mini warehouses closer to customers.

Noon Supermall (2026): The 45 to 90 Minute Model, How SKUs Are Selected, and What It Costs Sellers
By Blooprint team ยท Published 27 September 2026 ยท 9 min read
Key takeaways
- Supermall is noon's 45 to 90 minute delivery model in the UAE and KSA, described by noon as invite-only and at its own discretion.
- Every seller is enrolled by default, but enrolment is not eligibility: noon picks SKUs on sales, SKU rating, seller rating and return rate against limited warehouse space.
- There are no extra fees and no subscription: all standard FBN charges apply, and your noon.com prices and deals replicate to Supermall automatically.
- Supermall offers get a Buy Box boost and extra listing-page visibility, but noon says it has no way to flag Supermall orders separately in sales reports.

- Getting the most out of Supermall
This guide explains what Supermall is, how noon picks which sellers and SKUs get in, what it costs, how pricing and deals behave, what it does to your Buy Box, and how to get out. Everything here comes from noon's own Supermall articles as read on 27 September 2026, and where noon publishes nothing we say so. Rupee figures use an illustrative Rs 23.50 per AED and Rs 23 per SAR.
What is noon Supermall?
noon describes Supermall as an exclusive programme for brands and authorised partners in the UAE and KSA that gives access to noon's advanced logistics network, and its policy document is blunter still: it is an invite-only model at noon's discretion. The customer promise is 45 to 90 minute delivery on a broad branded selection, with scheduled returns and fast returns alongside.
Mechanically, noon automatically forward-deploys or transfers stock of eligible SKUs from your FBN or Express warehouse into mini warehouses, called Supermall stores or megastores, positioned across the country. Those mini warehouses also function as ordinary FBN warehouses, which is how noon keeps standard delivery speeds working even when Supermall stock runs low. Eligible SKUs, in noon's words, are the products noon believes are highly demanded and frequently purchased.
Which reader is this for? Both, with one condition. Supermall is built on FBN: the stock moves out of an FBN or Express warehouse. So a UAE or KSA seller on FBN is in scope, and so is an Indian brand exporting through noon's Global Store, because that route also puts stock on the FBN card. A seller fulfilling only from their own warehouse under DirectShip is not, because there is no noon-held stock to forward-deploy.
Where does Supermall sit next to noon's other models?
Sellers confuse Supermall, noon Express and Market because the customer-facing labels overlap. The distinction is about who holds the stock and how far it sits from the buyer.
| Model | Who holds the stock | Delivery promise | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| FBN, badged noon Express | noon, in a main fulfilment centre | Next-day or scheduled, by city | FBN outbound per unit plus monthly storage |
| Supermall | noon, in a city mini warehouse | 45 to 90 minutes | Same standard FBN charges, no extra |
| FBP DirectShip | You, in your own warehouse | Standard, by area | DirectShip outbound per shipment |
| FBP DirectShip Express | You, in your own warehouse | Next-day or two-day, badged Express | DirectShip outbound with a country discount |
The fee shape is the thing to hold on to. FBN charges per unit, DirectShip charges per shipment, and Supermall changes neither because it is a redeployment of FBN stock rather than a separate commercial model. Our FBN vs FBP guide covers that split, and the noon fees guide has the rate cards.
How do I get into Supermall?
You do not apply. All partners are enrolled by default. noon then adds the sentence every seller should read twice: enrolment does not mean eligibility. Only select partners and select SKUs are eligible, because space in each Supermall warehouse is limited, and noon says the choice is made on multiple factors including sales, SKU rating, seller rating and customer returns percentage.
So the practical route in is not an application form, it is the health of the SKU. If you want a product forward-deployed, the levers you control are the ones in that list: keep the SKU selling, keep its rating up, keep your seller rating up and keep returns down. Beyond that, noon directs you to your account manager or to its seller email address for a view on your specific catalogue, which is a conversation we have on behalf of the accounts in our noon account management work.
What noon does not publish. noon gives no numeric thresholds for any of the selection factors, no list or count of Supermall warehouses beyond the naming convention, no published minimum sales velocity, and no way for a seller to see why a given SKU was not selected. We could not find any published eligibility criteria, so treat every specific threshold quoted elsewhere as unverified.
What does Supermall cost?
Nothing extra, and noon says this three separate ways: enrolling means your SKUs will be sold on Supermall with no additional fees; all standard FBN fees and charges will apply; and there is no subscription fee to be on Supermall. That makes Supermall unusual among marketplace fast-delivery programmes, which normally price the speed.
What it does affect is your storage footprint, because units held in a mini warehouse still sit in noon's network and still attract monthly storage. That charge rises from 1.5 AED and 2.5 SAR per cubic foot to 1.75 AED and 2.75 SAR per cubic foot on 1 October 2026, so a forward-deployed range that is not selling gets more expensive that day like everything else.
Worked example: a 90 AED kitchen SKU in the UAE, before and after Supermall selection
| Line | AED | Approx. INR at Rs 23.50 | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sale price, excluding customer VAT | 90.00 | Rs 2,115 | Your listed price, identical on Supermall |
| Referral fee | 12.60 | Rs 296 | 14% kitchen and dining |
| FBN outbound fee | 10.50 | Rs 247 | Standard parcel 0.5 to 1 kg, ASP above 25 AED |
| Monthly storage from 1 Oct 2026 | 0.26 | Rs 6 | 0.15 cubic feet at 1.75 AED |
| Supermall surcharge | 0.00 | Rs 0 | noon charges none |
| VAT on fees at 5% | 1.17 | Rs 27 | 5% of 23.36 |
| Net before cross-border shipping | 65.47 | Rs 1,539 | Deductions are 27.3% of the sale price |
The same SKU sold from a main FBN warehouse produces the identical line items. The commercial case for Supermall is therefore entirely on the demand side: faster delivery, more visibility, better conversion, at no change in cost per unit. In KSA the same structure holds with 15% VAT on fees and the SAR rate card, which is why the margin conversation still has to be had in each currency rather than by converting an Indian price.
Can I price or discount Supermall separately?
No. noon states that pricing and deals between Supermall and noon.com are common and cannot be changed, and that you simply upload deals as usual for noon.com and the same deals replicate to Supermall. Your prices and deals set in Seller Lab apply automatically to Supermall.
That is worth planning around for an Indian exporter. There is no way to run a thinner margin on the faster channel or to hold back a promotion from it, so any Supermall economics you model are the same economics as your main storefront. It also means a badly judged flash deal is a badly judged flash deal in both places at once.
What does Supermall do to my Buy Box?
The Supermall Buy Box uses the same factors as Express and Market offers: price, official brand sellers, ratings, number of ratings, processing time, out-of-stock rate and return rate. On top of that, noon confirms two advantages:
- Supermall offers receive a boost in the Buy Box algorithm, giving them higher visibility than non-Supermall offers.
- If one partner holds two offers on the same product and they match on all Buy Box factors, the Supermall offer wins.
Supermall offers also get special visibility on listing pages regardless of whether they win the Buy Box, though noon does not describe the placement in detail. For a brand fighting resellers on its own ASINs, that boost is the single most valuable thing about the programme.
How do I manage Supermall stock and offers?
Stock transfer is automatic from the FBN or Express warehouse to the Supermall warehouse, so the job is monitoring rather than moving. In Seller Lab, go to Fulfilled by Noon, then Inventory, to see quantities by warehouse. Supermall warehouses use the code format city code followed by MS and a number, so DXBMS01 is noon's first Dubai Supermall warehouse. The Supermall listing page shows total stock across all megastores in a country.
For offers, go to Catalog, then My Catalog, then Supermall. That view shows the partner SKU, price, estimated fees for your selling model, stock, a 30-day performance snapshot, active status and visibility status, with filters by stock, sales, units sold, product views, price, SKU status and offer issues, plus an Excel export. That export is the practical basis for a weekly review of which of your SKUs noon has chosen to forward-deploy.
A real reporting limitation. Asked how a seller can tell Supermall orders apart from normal FBN Express orders in the sales and consolidation reports, noon's answer is that it has no way of flagging the difference. Supermall payments follow the normal process and appear in the same Statement and Invoices section with no separate report and no separate invoice, and the same bank account is used. So you cannot cleanly attribute revenue to Supermall today. Plan your reporting around that rather than around a split you cannot get.
How do I remove SKUs or leave Supermall?
There are two levels, and they are different processes.
To remove individual SKUs, use the Supermall Listing page, or Catalog Imports, then Supermall, then Seller SKU Enrollment. Once a SKU is de-enrolled, its Supermall stock is removed and transferred back to the primary warehouse it was originally inbounded into within seven working days. You can re-enrol it later, subject to space, stock and eligibility.
To leave the programme entirely, noon requires a formal request by email on company letterhead, with a notice period of seven business days during which all stock returns to the main warehouse. Its FAQ also allows delisting SKUs from the Supermall catalogue management tool in Seller Lab, or working through your account manager, as lighter alternatives.
One obligation survives all of this. Supermall's policy document requires 100% authorised and genuine stock, with penalty fees possible for breaches under the terms and the Supermall programme policies, and requires every product to carry a warranty in accordance with the law of the land. That is the same authenticity and warranty exposure covered in our noon prohibited and restricted products guide, and it does not soften because the delivery is faster.

Getting the most out of Supermall
Supermall is the rare marketplace programme that costs nothing and gives a real ranking advantage, which makes the work entirely about qualifying: SKU ratings, seller rating, returns and consistent sell-through. If you want that watched weekly, along with the stock split across megastores and the Buy Box position it buys you, see our noon account management service. We run noon alongside Amazon and Flipkart for Indian brands, so the fulfilment mix gets decided across markets rather than one platform at a time.
