Sell on noon.com in the UAE and Saudi Arabia from India, with the paperwork, fulfilment, VAT and ads handled by one team
Noon Account Management Services (UAE & KSA) for Indian Brands
Noon is the largest home-grown marketplace in the Gulf, and Indian brands can sell on it without setting up a company there. Noon's cross-border programme takes stock from a consolidation centre in India into its UAE and KSA warehouses, an Indian GSTIN entity is registered as a non-VAT seller, and the fees follow the same rate card as a local seller, as of September 2026. The alternatives are a UAE trade licence with your own VAT registration, or a local partner who holds the account. Which route fits depends on your volume, category and how much control you want over pricing.
Blooprint Automation sets up and runs Noon seller accounts for Indian brands: entity and document setup, GTIN-based catalogue in English and Arabic, Fulfilled by Noon or Noon Express, VAT-aware pricing in AED and SAR, noon ads and the Yellow Friday plan. The team comes from Flipkart's category and operations teams, and your Noon account sits on the same weekly report as Amazon.in, Amazon.ae and Flipkart.
We review your route to market, listings, fulfilment model, VAT setup, pricing and ads on noon.com and send a written findings report within five working days. No commitment.
Who this is for
Indian brands that want to build a name on Noon
Apparel, beauty, electronics accessories, home and ayurvedic brands with an Indian diaspora and a Gulf customer base. We set up the store, the Arabic and English catalogue and the first noon ads.
Sellers who want to scale on Noon after a first listing
Already live but stock arrives late, listings are missing Arabic titles, and pricing was set without VAT and outbound fees. We take over the daily account work and report weekly.
Brands moving from Amazon.ae or Amazon.sa to Noon
The catalogue, GTINs and images already exist. We map them to Noon's categories, pick FBN or Noon Express per SKU and price for AED and SAR margins.
Exporters and manufacturers new to the Gulf
Businesses that have never sold in the UAE or Saudi Arabia. We explain cross-border, trade-licence and partner routes in plain terms and set up whichever one you choose.
What is included in Noon account management
- ✓
Route to market
Cross-border from India, a UAE or KSA trade licence, or a local partner: the costs, control and VAT position of each written out so you can choose.
- ✓
Legal entity and documents
Noon partner registration with your GSTIN, PAN, bank and brand documents, or the trade licence and VAT number if you register locally.
- ✓
GTIN and catalogue
Products matched or created against GTIN barcodes, with titles, bullet points and attributes in English and Arabic to Noon's content rules.
- ✓
Fulfilment model
Fulfilled by Noon (FBN), Noon Express (DirectShip) or cross-border fulfilment chosen per SKU from size, price and velocity.
- ✓
Inbound and consolidation

- ✓
VAT-aware pricing
AED and SAR prices built from landed cost, referral fee, outbound fee and 5% UAE or 15% KSA VAT, so the INR margin is known before a unit sells.
- ✓
noon ads
Sponsored product campaigns on search and category pages, with keyword and bid discipline shared with your Amazon campaigns.
- ✓
Yellow Friday and sale events
Yellow Friday in November, Ramadan and White Friday-season deals submitted on time, with stock in the warehouse before the cut-off.
- ✓
Returns, claims and settlements
Customer returns, damaged-stock claims and settlement reconciliation in AED and SAR against every order.
- ✓
Reporting
Weekly sales, returns, settlements and ad performance for UAE and KSA in one report, with INR conversion, plus a live dashboard.
Problems we fix in the first month
Listings with English titles only, so Arabic-language shoppers never find them. Products created without a GTIN and stuck in review. A price copied from Amazon.in and converted to AED, with no room for the referral fee, the outbound fee and VAT, so every sale loses money. Stock sent to the UAE warehouse while most orders come from Saudi Arabia. Noon Express chosen for a slow-moving heavy product that should have been FBN, or the other way round. Ad campaigns with one bid across every keyword. Yellow Friday missed because the deal window closed before anyone looked. Every one of these shows up in the audit, and most are fixed in the first two weeks.
Why brands choose Blooprint for Noon
Most Indian brands on Noon are run from India, and so are we. The people on your account have worked inside Flipkart's category and operations teams, and they apply the same catalogue, stock and ads discipline to Noon that they apply to Amazon and Flipkart. We do not invent Gulf numbers: fees, VAT and delivery times come from Noon's own rate cards, and where Noon has not published a figure we say so. Your Noon account is planned alongside Amazon.ae and your Indian marketplaces, so stock and events are decided once. Reporting is weekly, in AED, SAR and INR. And you keep ownership of the account; if you leave, everything stays with you.

Frequently asked questions
Can an Indian company sell on Noon without a UAE trade licence?
Yes, as of September 2026. Noon's cross-border programme registers an Indian GSTIN entity as a non-VAT seller and moves stock through a consolidation centre in India into Noon's UAE and KSA warehouses. You need a trade licence only if you want a local company, your own VAT registration and direct control of cash in the Gulf.
What does Noon charge sellers?
A referral fee on each sale that varies by category, published on Noon's rate card, with a minimum of AED 1 per item, plus FBN outbound and storage fees or Noon Express fees depending on the fulfilment model. Fees are exclusive of VAT. We build every AED and SAR price from the current rate card rather than a rule of thumb.
How does VAT work for an Indian seller on Noon?
The UAE charges 5% VAT and Saudi Arabia 15%. Under cross-border you are registered as a non-VAT seller and Noon handles the tax at import and sale; with a local licence you register for VAT and file returns yourself. Either way the customer price includes VAT, so it has to be in your margin calculation from the start.
FBN, Noon Express or cross-border: which should we use?
It depends on the SKU. Fast-moving, compact products usually earn the FBN delivery badge; heavy or slow items are often better on Noon Express from local stock; cross-border suits brands testing the market before committing warehouse stock. We decide per SKU from size, price and expected velocity.
Do listings need to be in Arabic?
Noon shows content in English and Arabic, and a large share of shoppers browse in Arabic. We create titles, bullets and attributes in both languages, with the Arabic written properly rather than machine-translated.
Do we need GTIN barcodes?
Yes. Noon matches and creates products against GTINs. If your products do not have them, we help you register with GS1 India before the catalogue goes up.
What is Yellow Friday?
Noon's biggest sale of the year, held in November. Deal submissions and warehouse stock cut-offs close weeks before, so we plan it from October along with your ad budget.
Do you run noon ads?
Yes. Sponsored product campaigns on noon.com in both countries, run with the same keyword and bid discipline as your Amazon campaigns. BlooprintAI support for noon ads is coming soon.
How does pricing work?
We price per marketplace and scope: a monthly retainer for account management, and for ads either a retainer or a percentage of managed ad spend. Catalogue work is priced per SKU. You get a written scope and price after a 30-minute call, no lock-in beyond the first quarter.
Do you work with new sellers or only established brands?
Both. New sellers get onboarding, catalogue and launch support. Established brands usually come to us for ads efficiency, operations and reporting across several marketplaces.
Where are you based and which cities do you serve?
Blooprint Automation is based in Bengaluru (Whitefield) and works with sellers across India, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Jaipur, Surat and Ahmedabad. Everything runs remotely through your seller accounts, with weekly reviews on call.
Will I still own my seller account and data?
Yes. You keep ownership of every account. We work through secondary user access or advertising API access that you can revoke at any time.
