Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and JioMart, from onboarding and purchase orders to daily fill rate and ads
Quick Commerce Account Management in India (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart)
Quick commerce runs on different rules from Amazon and Flipkart. Most platforms buy from you on purchase orders rather than listing your stock, so growth depends on getting the PO, filling it on time and keeping the dark stores in each city stocked. Out-of-stocks carry penalties, a low fill rate means smaller POs next month, and visibility depends on assortment fit for hyperlocal demand. Blooprint Automation onboards and manages brands on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and JioMart.
We handle the onboarding, the catalogue, the purchase orders and the daily fill-rate work, plan stock depth city by city and keep prices aligned with the market so your products stay listed and buyable. The team comes from Flipkart's category and operations teams, and ads and reporting run on the same dashboards we use for the rest of your marketplaces.
We review your listings, purchase orders, fill rate, city coverage and ads on each platform and send a written findings report within five working days. No commitment.
Who this is for
Brands that want to build a name on quick commerce
FMCG, food, beauty and household brands that want to be in the basket when someone orders in ten minutes, with the ad slots and assortment to get there.
Sellers who want to scale from Amazon and Flipkart into quick commerce
Products that already sell on marketplaces, now moved into dark stores in the cities where demand is strongest, with one team running all of it.
Businesses moving from offline distribution
Manufacturers and distributors used to general trade and modern trade. We translate PO-based supply, fill rate and platform terms into a plan your operations team can run.
Brands already live but losing POs
Fill rate slipping, stock-outs in key dark stores and POs shrinking month on month. We fix the supply side first, then the visibility.
What is included in quick commerce account management
- ✓
Onboarding and documentation
Brand applications, GST, FSSAI for food products, trade terms and catalogue samples prepared and followed up for each platform.
- ✓
Catalogue setup
Listings with pack sizes, compact images, shelf life and compliance fields built to each platform's template.
- ✓
Purchase order management
POs received, confirmed, appointment slots booked and dispatches tracked so every PO is filled inside the window.
- ✓
Fill rate and stock-depth planning
Stock depth planned per dark store from sales velocity, so fast-moving SKUs do not run out and fill rate stays where the platform wants it.
- ✓
City-by-city expansion
Launch in the cities where demand is strongest, prove the numbers, then add the next city and the next platform.
- ✓
Assortment and pack strategy
The SKUs and pack sizes that fit a ten-minute basket, tuned per city and per platform.
- ✓
Pricing and competitor tracking
Competitor prices tracked and price alignment kept with your other marketplaces so a listing is not delisted for a price mismatch.
- ✓
Ads and promotions
Search ads, banner ads and category ads planned per platform, plus deal and promotional slots around events.
- ✓
Returns, claims and reconciliation
Damaged and short-supply disputes, debit notes and payment reconciliation against every PO.
- ✓
Reporting
Weekly report on POs, fill rate, sales by city, stock-outs and ad performance, plus a live dashboard.
Problems we fix in the first month
POs confirmed and then filled at seventy percent because the warehouse did not have the stock split the PO asked for, so the next month's PO is smaller. Listings live in one city and not the three where the brand actually sells. FSSAI numbers or shelf-life fields missing, so a food SKU never got approved. A pack size that works on Amazon but is too large for a ten-minute basket. Prices out of line with Flipkart, so the platform delists the SKU. Search ads on the wrong keywords, or no ads at all while a competitor owns the category slot. Debit notes for shortages never disputed. Every one of these shows up in the audit, and most are fixed in the first two weeks.
Why brands choose Blooprint for quick commerce
Quick commerce is a supply problem before it is a marketing problem, and the people on your account have worked inside Flipkart's category and operations teams, so they plan fill rate and stock depth before they plan ads. We run your quick commerce accounts alongside Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra, so inventory, pricing and events are planned once rather than four times. Ads and reporting sit on the same dashboards as your other marketplaces. Reporting is weekly and in plain numbers. And you keep ownership of every account and report; if you leave, everything stays with you.

Frequently asked questions
How long does Blinkit or Zepto seller onboarding take?
Typically two to four weeks from documents to first live listing, depending on category approval. We prepare and follow up on every step.
How does selling on quick commerce work? Is it a marketplace?
Mostly no. Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart buy stock from you on purchase orders and sell it from their dark stores, so you are a supplier rather than a marketplace seller. JioMart also runs a marketplace model. We manage the PO cycle, appointments and fill rate.
What is fill rate and why does it matter?
Fill rate is the share of a purchase order you actually deliver, on time and in full. Platforms use it to decide the size of the next PO and whether to keep a SKU listed, so a low fill rate quietly shrinks the business. We plan stock depth per dark store to keep it high.
Do we need FSSAI to sell food on quick commerce?
Yes. Any food or beverage product needs a valid FSSAI licence, and the number and shelf-life details must be on the listing. We check this before applying so the catalogue is not rejected.
Which cities should we launch in first?
The ones where your product already sells, from your marketplace order data, and where the platform has the deepest dark store network. We launch city by city rather than everywhere at once, so stock is not spread thin.
Do you manage quick commerce ads?
Yes. Search, banner and category ads on Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart are planned alongside your Amazon and Flipkart ads so budgets are balanced across channels.
Can you run quick commerce alongside our Amazon and Flipkart accounts?
Yes, and most clients do. One team, one inventory view and one weekly report across all marketplaces.
Do you work with sellers outside Bengaluru?
Yes. Everything runs remotely through your seller and supplier accounts. We work with brands across India, from Delhi NCR and Mumbai to Jaipur, Surat, Indore and Coimbatore.
How does pricing work?
We price per marketplace and scope: a monthly retainer for account management, and for ads either a retainer or a percentage of managed ad spend. Catalogue work is priced per SKU. You get a written scope and price after a 30-minute call, no lock-in beyond the first quarter.
Do you work with new sellers or only established brands?
Both. New sellers get onboarding, catalogue and launch support. Established brands usually come to us for ads efficiency, operations and reporting across several marketplaces.
Where are you based and which cities do you serve?
Blooprint Automation is based in Bengaluru (Whitefield) and works with sellers across India, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Jaipur, Surat and Ahmedabad. Everything runs remotely through your seller accounts, with weekly reviews on call.
Will I still own my seller account and data?
Yes. You keep ownership of every account. We work through secondary user access or advertising API access that you can revoke at any time.
